We use all major hospitality job boards, social channels and our database to find active candidates, as well as having our ear to the ground for industry movement to ensure you have the pick of the bunch
From applications, our database and candidates we've headhunted, we create a longlist of candidates with the relevant experience. We then call and screen every candidate on the list to see if they're right for you
We will contact previous employers of the candidate for references, before sending you formatted, easy-to-read references for your peace of mind when choosing the successful candidate
Send to Client
We send over the few candidates who we know are a great match for you – not a bucketful of candidates we hope might be. We will arrange interviews and any preliminary work on your behalf with candidates
From that longlist we create a shortlist of candidates with whom we conduct face-to-face interviews. During this process, we ensure their experience and attitude fit the culture and values of your business
